  You'd need a normally open pressure switch for that, wouldn't you? I 
use that trick to energize the alternator on Diesel engines that use a 
Bowden Wire shutoff (no key switch), and I always have a heckuva time 
finding such an animal. Most are N.C., to energize the dash idiot light 
when there's no pressure.

Using the ACC line for the relay/solenoid coil prevents it coming in 
until after you've started the engine, as that line is usually dead 
during cranking. You're right about specifying Continous Duty for the 
relay/solenoid, not all are rated that way.
