Joy,
 The exhaust fan in the bathroom of the Avion was noisy and about
half-siezed. Although it took 2 tries, I got it 'fixed' by lubricating
it with Marvel Mystery Oil, or maybe a 50-50 mixture of MMO and ATF, I
don't remember for sure. It might have involved drilling a small hole to
get oil to the rear bearing, but again, I don't remember. It's been
working great since.
