Ted - After much research and lots of help from our fellow listees  - I 
recently installed the very same model.  Only problem was my shoulders 
fitting between the car seat and the floor.

All kidding aside you can do it your self with basic tools.  The only time 
you'll need a helper is when adjusting the unit.  Some one has to push on 
the peddle and some one has to read the unit.

Under two hours with  three friends and a six pack of soda hanging out.
