Sometime ago I was out of cash bucks, you know how that gets. Right.
I bought a 93 Vanagon from a lady in Dallas for $3500, that was in
'95.  Anyway, the paper work from the defacto state of Texas says
if you don't do all of the stuff required in so many days, maybe twenty.
You have to pay an additional fee of 10 bucks or so.

I just waited about three years to finally transfer the title.  No one ever
 asked me why I was buying license plates for some woman doctor
in Dallas.  My Insurance company lady knew that the car was not yet
in my name.  She said the car was covered.  Ten bucks to keep the govt
folks from having money for three years is a bargain.
