Does anyone here have experience with the Jordan Research Ultima 2020
brake controller?  How does this controller stand up to the others on
the market? I'm also wondering if I can install it myself, or will I
need to take my truck to a service center?  If I can't do it myself, who
would I take it to, the dealer, or an RV service center?  Again, if I
can't install it myself, can anyone recommend a reputable service center
in either the Phoenix, AZ, or Albuquerque, NM metro areas?

So many questions, so little room between the ears...
