I purchased the Map'n'Go software and find the map detail lacking.

I went to the DeLorme web site and also called the help line to find out about
their Street Atlas USA (same price at Buy.com) and found:

-It has much more detailed maps, including city & small town streets
-Gives listings of services at every interstate exit upon request
-Has GPS capability
-Can be set to find camp grounds
-And more

I plan to send back the Map'n'Go and purchase the Street Atlas USA program.  If
it turns out to be what they say - or not - I'll report back on this forum.
