Your info is invaluable to us all...thanks
The awning has only two arms, they are two "slider"
pieces, all aluminum. As you pull the awning out you
slide the awning arms up and out, (extending them) and
lock in to place with a tightener knob. The manual has
a Carter that looks similar to this setup.....
