I have a 1987 Ambassador.  There are plastic covers over them.  All 
I would need to do is wrap the positive side with electrical tape.  
That battery cable on that side is the one with the broken connecter 
anyway.  I will eventually have to replace it. 

I am just worried that the uni-volt will cook the new battery as 
well.  There is what appears to be some battery acid that leaked 
from the batter compartments at one time.  I bet that the uni-volt 
is not reducing the charge and is always on full.
