I saw one of these rigs here in Fl about 20-30 years ago it  looked kinda 
neat  It could revolve completely around the car. It was quite  small looked very 
light and scared the heck out of me as it appeared to be  fastened to the 
rain gutters. like a car top carrier. Don't know what happened  to them but it 
looked like off the wall engineering.
