I am a wood worker and do a lot of wood work and turning with  Spalted 
wood(slightly rotten)Later treat with epoxy. all of this wood is moldy  and have 
been warned that I need protection from the dust as all molds are  harmful to 
ones health and the harm may not show up for a long time(years).A  physican who I 
respect told me that any thing other than pure air can be  harmful.
The musty smell In a closed up trailer or boat is mold.
The Silver Albatross sets in my side yard I have  cracked The rear and front 
window and have a box fan running 24-7 no musty  smell.
