The dilutions are similar for both.  Typically, RV antifreeze is diluted 
50-50 with water (it comes already diluted) which gives the best (-50 deg 
F) protection.

 From what I've learned researching Propylene Glycol on the web, it's just 
about as strong, and has similar thermal properties.  Any difference is 
marginal.
