We picked up our 25' Safari SE two weeks ago.  So far, we have the following list of small 
items:  
   -  Shower door area needs caulk.
   -  Wall between the closet and bedroom has two holes puttied. 
             (I made one more installing a shelf, I need to get some of their putty)
   -  Rear emergency exit (window) doesn't have window props
             (Casualty of bunk option)
   -  TV arm retracts to cover thermostat and velcro restraint engages TV Power button 

Nothing too big.  None of these are un-manageable for us.  And none of them merits a 
120 mile round trip visit to our dealer.

First trip is this weekend.  I'll let you know what else we find.
