Matt,  I have owned my 19' Safari 'Bambi' for a year now (it was new), and I've never 
regretted the purchase.  At first I hadn't planned on living in it, however, after 
experiencing it days at a time, I decided to 'give up my beach apartment', in Biloxi, MS.  
I moved the rig to the Biloxi River and enjoyed Kayaking and my bicycle down at the beach.  
I never dreemed that hurricane Katrina would remind me how fortunate I was to have bought 
it months before!  I've always admired Airstreams and had read and re-read AIRSTREAM the 
history of the land yacht.  I suppose I should have known that there would be a silver 
bullet in my future :-).  I am certain that I made the wise choice by investing in the 
Bambi.  The quality is unsurpassed and I know it will retain its value.  Just since moving 
to the Gulf Shores area after Katrina devestated Biloxi and Gulfport (where I was), I've had 
two 'knocks on the door' by individuals offering to buy my rig.  Well, I've made it home now 
and am not interested in selling it.
   
  I've made a few changes (improvements) to personalize it like a custom dinette table, two 
Fantastic Fans etc, but its really easy to enjoy and live in the Bambi.  I would not however 
recommend it for two people on a full time basis.  I hope you enjoy yours as much as I am 
mine.  If you want pictures, let me know.
