From what I've seen you should be able to get something in fairly 
good condition (you may have to do some cleaning or a little 
cosmetic work on the inside) mid 70's or earlier in your price 
range. Lately, I've noticed that they are selling for more now 
(spring), but I bet if you wait until fall/winter, prices will drop. 
I would recommend doing that.
