[A/S] Advice on purchase

<SNIP>

So my questions:
Do I need to just stay patient? Keep checking eBay,
craigslist,
airstream.net/classifieds?
Am I expecting too much for the money? Do I need to
wait until I
have more to spend?
Am I looking in the wrong places?
Should I give up and buy a more modern SOB tt?
Any other tips you may have?

thanks again,
chad

CA prices are usually higher. Seek where the living
is not so expensive, AZ, NM, TX. Ask lots of questions
realtime VIA phone, ya can't hear tone of voice on a
'puter.
The Houston Chronicle has A'strms listed alla time
and I 10 is an easy tow.
You'll most likely pay too much for the first one.
  I did, ("66 Overlander)but it's worth more for the
parts than what I paid for it. The two subsequent
units were value received.
Haunt the LISTS, n' follow the LINKS/ URL's.
  Be patient, Grasshopper.
