[A/S] question about large mid 70s Streams

I've been looking at the pictures over on Vintage Airstream and have
developed a fondness for the large (26'+) mid to late 70s Airstreams.
Since I've noticed several folks on the list own these, could you tell
me what you like/don't like about this era? I really liked the ability
to boondock in our '61 but it looks like there are some great layouts
for the 70s models.
