Terri, I would look for a rear bedroom mid bath model rather than any of the rear bath models. The longer rear bath models had the grey and blackwater tanks on the end of the frame which put much strain on the frames of the 70's model. A mid bath moved the tanks forward closer to the axles where they belonged.
