Though I don't really disagree with the other replies you have had in this
thread, the older small Airstreams are quite hot in the market these days
and the trailer may not be too terribly overpriced, if you have not found it
on your own you may want to study the "price vs condition"  valuation
techniques found here

 but keep in mind the price tables are somewhat dated. With a trailer like
that you have to decide just how much work (and expense) you are up for
because it will always be more than you think.
