 I have to agree with the other replys, and advise to keep looking. 
If your just entering the "Airstream lifestyle" the last thing that 
I'd think that you'd want is the frustration of having to repair 
everything. By the time you finish (unless your looking for 
something that you can just work on) the money and time you spend 
could go to a coach that is road ready.  Also, the way you desribe 
the outside, I wouldn't expect the inside to be in any better 
condition.
