These rivets are 3/16 and are available at Airstream dreams, Inland RV, and 
probably any AIRSTREAM dealer. I had to replace 4 exterior rivets last year 
prior to starting a polish job and debated long and hard about buying the tool 
to finish the heads. I ended up replacing the rivets, cutting off the stem 
and then hitting the head with a file. Very rough surface was left, after 
compounding with "Nuvite" polish I couldn't believe my eyes, the new rivets were 
perfect!
In your case this will leave a very shiny window frame when done and may 
encourage you to polish the whole trailer!
