You often see a big variation in opinions posted here, Duane. Some of us 
think leveling is more important than others do.

I level my rig when I am parked, but only good enough so I don't fall out 
of bed ;-)

I turn off my refrig while driving only if the tunnel checkpoint person or 
sign asks me to.

I have been using these camper refrigerators since 1968. Never had to burp 
one yet (knocking on wood). OTOH, a friend had a very old MH that had to be 
burped once.
