[A/S] Live Aboard

I may be going out on a limb here as a weirdo but I have a 
persistent fantasy that envolves buying an airstream trailer and 
living in it full time.  The design parameters of the airstean 
appeal to me as does its mobility and compactness.

Are there other folks out there that live aboard full time?  What 
are the issues that I will have to deal with?  Will the HVAC systems 
have to be upgraded to allow full time use?  What about semi 
permanent utility hook ups?
