Hello,
I am Joanne and I live with a houseload of stray animals in downtown 
Toronto.

My mom and grandmother recently died tragically leading us to the 
realization that life is too short to be "waiting for the right 
time" to come along to realize our dreams.

We just arranged to take over some land in the country for a 
retirement home and business and would like nothing more than to do 
some travelling and then settle for a while on the land while we 
camp and perhaps build at a later date.

And it is the Airstream that we have decided on for this new journey 
and venture in our loves. I admire you all so much - out there and 
making your dreams come true.

We are hoping to locate an older, used airstream locally (Ontario or 
New York) to use on the land and are doing as much research as we 
can to properly prepare.

What I haven't really seen much is anythign about camping in 
wintertime which we will do especially if we put the trailer on the 
land and live there while we build over the winter.

Any resources on this kind of thing that anyone can pass along would 
be great.

We are hoping to have the trailer there in time for the beautiful 
autumn of eastern Ontario so we are scouring the used resources 
hoping that the right one is out there just waiting for us.
