Call the Airstream factory and find out how to spot trailers that have the 
additional insulation built in (called "arctic pack", or something like 
that).  This is (or was) an option that was sometimes installed at the 
factory, and would be important for extremely cold weather.

It would be easy for you to locate one if this option is coded into the 
serial number, or if you could just look for some distinguishing feature on 
the trailer.

I don't know how many have been made with this option - they may be rare - 
but maybe not.
