and you are telling us that youdo not have a plug in voltage meter?  that would
tell you almost everything you wanted to know.  smaller than a pack of
cigarettes, plugs into a 110V outlet.  I commonly watched brown outs in
overfilled trailer parks and don't believe the park owner.  a lot varies from
one circuit to another.
however, I WOULD look at replacing your circuit breakers for a start.  While you
are on the road, run over to Airstream World HQ and let their electricians look
at your trailer.
