You have to decide how valuable grey water tanks would be to you, if 
you are going to spend most of your time in full service campgrounds 
it may not be, however; if you want to dry camp in say parking lots 
it is a must.
I have a 1959 -24' (Tradewind) Airstream and was able to add almost 
30 gallons of grey water tanks.  Now I DON'T travel with full grey 
water tanks but it means you can have a shower on someones driveway 
without watering their lawn.   To me grey water tanks totally changed 
how I am able to use the trailer.

Cindy and Carl are right Airstream started putting in gey water tanks 
in 1973-74.

Depending on your ability and inclination to do the work yourself if 
you found a 30 ft plus Airstream that you liked and no grey water 
tanks was the only downside, I would not let that stop me from buying.
To do a neat job of installing grey water tanks you should remove the 
belly skin and install them between the floor joists.  It will likely 
be necessary to lower the belly skin where the tanks are.  This is an 
over simplification of what it involved.

For full timing there is another important consideration that I don't 
see in your question or any of the replies.

What about solar panels?  A lot of full timers eguip their trailers 
with solar panels which allows them to boon dock, (camp without 
services).
