Bob, we have taken our trailer to Jackson Center for service about four times 
and have had a lot of items repaired.  They don't get in any hurry, but I 
have been well pleased with the quality of their work, except for an A/C 
condensate problem described below.  Their shop people seem to take a lot of 
pride in the work they do.  Everything they have done for us was done right, 
with the exception of the A/C condensate problem.  

We have had the trailer in twice for a leak of air conditioner condensate 
inside the trailer.  We will be taking it back this spring for a third 
attempt at correcting the problem.  We have finally determined that the leak 
is from the condensate drain line.  We suspect that Airstream may have put a 
pop rivet through the drain line upon assembly of the trailer.
