I live just south of Middletown OH, so they are only about 90 miles away.

The problem is a serious water leak... to the point where they may need to
replace wood... but they won't know until they can pull the roof cap.
There is also a problem with the air suspension, AC has a problem...

No, they knew there was a time issue, we need to know ASAP about the cost of
repairs or we will need to talk to the camper store about taking it back...
long story, but we were told it was perfect condition - not "several
thousand dollars" to make usable.
