Where do you live?  It sounds like a miscommunication. They have a winter 
drop off program where you leave it for the winter and they work on it at 
their leisure, obviously that's what they thought you wanted.

Were you wanting to use it? If so I would go get it, and take it somewhere 
else.

or... tell them you want it next weekend and ask if they can have it 
ready.....

Is it warranty work?  Can any RV dealer do what it needs done? Any Airstream 
dealer?
