[A/S] Jackson Center Comments?

I am looking for coments about the quality of service done in Jackson
Center...

We took our (new to us) used Land Yacht up to Jackson Center after I had
telephoned and --- THOUGHT --- that I had made an appointment.

Today, I discovered that I had only scheduled a "drop off"... I have not
figured out why anyone would "drop off" a motorhome and then need to
schedule actual repair for some later date.

What have been other experiances with A/S service?? Before they finally get
to work on it, should I take it somewhere else? They have had it for a month
already.
