This is the drain for the unpressurized fresh water tank.

Both the cold and the hot water pressurized lines have a low point 
drain in this location.  When you're running the pump, you're 
pressurizing these lines.  I'm betting the one with the antifreeze 
coming out is the cold water line, since you didn't have to use 6 
gallons of anti-freeze to fill the hot water tank before pink stuff 
came out the drain.  Run the pump and close these metal ones, THEN 
you can pump anti-freeze.
