Chuck,

The white plastic drain is the fresh water tank drain. The other two are 
what are referred to as low point drains. A low point drain is required 
in both the hot and cold water lines to allow maximum drainage in lieu 
of blowing the lines out. The low point drains are normally left closed 
when using RV antifreeze to protect the plumbing
