I'm relatively new to this so I'm not positive about anything.  Between the tires 
there are 3 very small drains; all on the street side.  One is a white plastic one 
that turns only about a quarter of a turn and 2 small metal ones that unscrew 
to tighten them.  It was one of those, the forward one as I recall. I'm not sure 
what that drains but I would think it would be fresh water.
