That is true... because the pivot point is established by the hitch 
and is somewhere near the rear axle like on a 5er.  The trailer CAN 
swing relative to the truck, and the truck can swing relative to the 
trailer, at that pivot point.

When the truck and trailer are in a straight line with the Hensley, 
the pivot point is at infinity in front of the truck as far as the 
trailer is concerned, not at the rear axle.  The trailer cannot swing 
relative to the truck, period.  The truck CAN swing relative to the 
trailer, and the pivot point moves, depending on the angle.
