[A/S] advice on my airstream

   Hi everyone.  I have been looking for a trailer to live in while
I build a farmhouse up in Oregon.  Bottom line, I bought an 85 
Sovereighn 29 foot this week.  The shell and appliances are in good
shape but yesterday I started taking up the carpet (want to put in
wood flooring) and low an behold, there is quite a bit of rot, with
a few holes in the OSB flooring where the floor meets the wall under
the front window and beside the outside door.  Needless to say, I
felt pretty sick about it and am having a floor man come by to give
me an estimate.  

    I paid about $5000 for it and now am wondering if I made a bad
deal on it.  My wife and I envision a shiny Airstream with a nice new
interior but now I am just a bit depressed over it all. Any advice
on flooring, whether i made a bad deal, encouragement would be 
appreciated.  Thanks. Steve.
