Hi David,

I would do the same thing........ but I wouldn't drive it on the freeway.

Back in the days when cars pulled trailers they didn't have the speed limits 
they have now.

Nowadays when I'm getting on the freeway, with 18 wheelers and moving vans 
going 75 mph I'm glad I have a big truck with a long wheelbase........

Other than freeway driving I think towing with an older car is a great 
idea..... don't try it with a newer one though... unless it has a real frame.
