It still does. CCA (chromated copper arsenate) is what is injected. Did you 
know the safety sheets behind the counter of your local lumber yard state 
that you should not eat from this lumber unless it is properly sealed. You 
should wash after handling. Any clothing worn during fabrication of pressure 
treated limber should be washed seperately. Particle masks are to be worn 
when cutting, sanding, or shaping. I think of this every time I sit on our 
P.T. deck, or eat on our P.T.  picnic table. Or see children play on P.T. 
play equipment. Next time you go the the limber yard ask for the safety 
sheets on pressure treated lumber, they have them.
