From my manual, 
1) remove foam seat
2) in seating position disconnect swing arms from frame
3) fold frame down to provide access and remove STOP screws from ends of bed 
rails
      " these prevent bed from sliding out in normal use"
4) lift up on front of seat frame and pull forward until seat frame bed rails 
disengage
5) remove screws attaching bed frame to floor "the screws in front may be 
hard to see due to carpet remove what you can see and than lift to see where 
it is held--lots of screws!"
once you find the stop screws the rest becomes apparent!
