While we are questioning Airstream's thoughts on quality, I would like to 
pose this comment or question.  We see many comments on the list about "soft" 
floors due to window, door or other water leaks.  Why doesn't Airstream take 
the next step and install a marine plywood floor in the trailers?  In the 
whole scheme of things, that would only add a small premium to the trailer 
price.  I guess the bottom line is that if Airstream adds all the things they 
need to add to really make a quality trailer, the price would be too much 
higher than the compitition.
