Marine plywood rots just as fast as CDX will , it just has more laminations of better 
quality veneer , and different glue . Other brands use OSB for flooring , which is 
even more affected by water damage ,so Airstream does use better quality materials for 
floors. My floor is 37 years old and (almost ) as solid as it was in `64. I suppose 
the former owners kept the windows closed in the rain etc. I dont think Wally himself 
expected that his trailers would still be in service that long....
