For what it's worth, according to my suppliers marine plywood uses the same 
glue and wood specie as most all other plywood, except for exotic or cabinet 
grade veneers. The difference is, marine does not allow voids in the plys. 
Years ago there were differences in glues but, I guess it's easier to load 
the glue spreaders with one flavor than to switch. I suppose the floors could 
use pressure treated plywood but that wouldn't stop the leak.
