Jim, my sample kit took 2-3 weeks to make it from Canada for some reason.
You will see that two samples are glued together so it looks to be about 1/4
inch thick. Consequently the actual material is about 1/8 thick and that's
why it telegraphs surface irregularities making the underlayment or other
surface preparation necessary.
