Having installed several marine units over the years you are talking 
about 8 to 10K on a 30 to 34 foot boat. Marine requires seawater 
cooling circ. pump and it goes on and on. The cheapest way to go is 
mount a window unit and vent it out the side. A vent stack won't carry 
the volume of air need to cool the condensers. Size is going to be a 
function of the coils. You have to have a certain amount of coil area 
to transfer heat and cooling.

I put an 18K BTU Cruise air in my boat. I picked up the compressor 
condenser ( Cruise Air ) for little or nothing just luck. I used an 18 
K evaporator coil form a window unit and a continuous duty variable 
speed blower from a military radio rack. I also installed a strainer 
and circ pump and ducting. Cost about $450.00 with no labor. Same 
installation using all new Cruise Air parts on a friends boat over 8k. 

In other works go with a window unit ducted to exhaust under the 
trailer or out of the side. You may need to add fans on the condenser 
side to move enough air to dissipate the heat load.
