My experience is 10 trips since last October totaling over 10,000 miles at 
sppeds up to 78 MPH with my Tradewind on 700x15 trailer tires.

Bought them from the local Texas Bragg trailer Dealer whp never indicated a 
speed limit.

Go figure.  Maybe some one has a more scientific approach.  I think one or 
more of the listees was in the tire business

So far so good.
