I have the Firestone SteelTex R4S Load Range E  tires on a '99 2500 Sub.
These are the original tires furnished by Cheverolet.

Now, I may not be too good at calculatin' but the Firestone
web site gives a maximum RPM for the tire and if I recall correctly
it figgers out somewhere around 57 MPH.

The Speedometer says 100 and the needle will go almost back
around to to 0.
