Passenger car tires have speed ratings - S, H, V, Z.  (never buy an "S")
Truck tires do not, to my knowledge.  Perhaps the lawmakers feel that
professionals (truckers) are smart enough to buy adequate tires.

In any event, you should have no problem keeping up with the fastest 18
wheeler with your Michelin XCAs on the trailer.  I would have no qualms at
80 MPH on an expressway in the desert during a heat wave with those tires
(properly inflated of course and accommodating speed limits).
