Rather than just ask about plumbing, propane and electrical systems, hook up
electric and water to see how things work. Make sure the Air Cond works and
cools. Check out the Fridge. Have them turn on the stove and heater. Check
for leaks in the water pipes and previous repairs to copper pipes usually
made with a rubber hose and clamps. All of these cost money to repair or
replace and although you might still buy the trailer with items that need
repair, you don't want any surprises once you get it home.
