Hi Tim,

I'm thinking the *twin* bed is a gaucho and comes down to make a double.  As 
for the fridge.  If you don't plan to boondock (camp without electric) all 
you need is an electric fridge.  I would replace the broken one with one that 
fits in its spot.  A new fridge will run about $1,000.00 if you *need* to run 
it on gas.

It sounds like a good deal to me..... the thing is when you are shopping.... 
if you find something you want and you are willing to pay the price, then 
it's a good price.  If you are uncomfortable with the price it isn't a good 
price for you.

If I were you I would probably try to get them down a bit..... I imagine they 
have priced it expecting to come down some.  Offer 3,250 and you will 
probably meet at 3500.00.
