Re: [A/S] The day is getting closer

Gary,

The breakaway switch simply attaches to the truck by a clip. No wiring or
special hardware required.

Installation of your Ultima Brake Controller should be a simple task to
connect the wires.

Don't settle for anything less than a Class IV equalizing hitch head with
1000 pound bars. You could probably get by with 500 pound bars with a new
F-250 but the tongue weight of your trailer will exceed 500 pounds. The
hitch head is the device which the ball is attached to, that slips into the
hitch receiver at the rear of your tow truck, and accepts the trunnion (load
distributing) bars. Your trailer will have a 2 5/16" ball socket and you
will require the corresponding 2 5/16" ball. A sway control device is also
recommended.

Visit an RV dealer or RV park or talk to someone in your area and get them
to show you the hitch head, trunnion bars, and sway control devices
available.
