There have been many jokes about not peeing, or peeing, on an 
electric fence.  Based on this, I suggest you go to your local farm 
store and pick up an electric fence transformer and make a few hoops 
of wire in front of your tires/wheels.  You may want to get the 
lowest power unit you can find so as not to hurt the dogs.  I have 
not tried this, but I have been very close to it a number of times. 
I'm fairly sure it will work.  You will probably only need to use it 
once.  

Obviously, keep kids away when it is on.  

Any way, there is an idea. Perhaps not a good one, but an idea none 
the less.
